Zach Davis serves as Director of Engagement and Wellbeing Programs in the Office of Institutional Engagement & Wellbeing, leading initiatives that promote connection, belonging, and community wellbeing across the University. Zach has worked at Pitt since 2013, serving in roles across Student Affairs, the School of Dental Medicine, the Office of Compliance, Investigations, and Ethics, and most recently the Office of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion. Outside of his primary role, Zach has been a member of Staff Council since 2023 and currently chairs its Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Committee, served as an Instructor for Academic Foundations in the Dietrich School of Arts & Sciences since 2021, and actively participated in Pitt Queer Professionals, where he served as Chair from 2022 to 2024. Zach's work reflects a deep commitment to inclusive engagement, dialogue, and institutional culture-building.
