Leigh Culley serves as the Assistant Vice Chancellor for Accessibility and Director of Disability Resources & Services (DRS) at the University of Pittsburgh. In this role, she leads the University's efforts to ensure an inclusive, accessible, and equitable learning and working environment for students, faculty, and staff with disabilities.
Leigh oversees the delivery of comprehensive support services for students with disabilities across undergraduate, graduate, and professional programs, ensuring they have the necessary accommodations to thrive academically. Additionally, she facilitates workplace accommodations for faculty and staff, fostering an inclusive work environment that aligns with the University's commitment to accessibility.
As an advocate for disability awareness, Leigh collaborates closely with the University community to promote accessibility initiatives, policies, and best practices. Through her leadership, she plays a vital role in strengthening the University's dedication to creating a welcoming and supportive campus for all.
