Jen Thompson

Jen is an Accessibility Coordinator at Pitt. Jen joined the University of Pittsburgh in 2017. She is responsible for meeting individually with students, evaluating documentation to determine eligibility, and determining reasonable accommodations at the University. In addition, she helps oversee the Peer Mentoring Program through the Disability Resources & Services office and is the advisor for Delta Alpha Pi. Over the years, she has worked in various roles, supporting individuals with disabilities in the home, community, and educational environments. She enjoys bringing her therapy dog (Ruby) to campus for student engagement opportunities. She also loves camping and the outdoors.
